Cases ship to and from the lab with pre-paid labels both ways, so practices anywhere in Tennessee — Nashville, Knoxville, Memphis, Chattanooga, the Tri-Cities — and throughout the Southeast work with us just as easily as a practice down the street. For nearby practices, we also offer local pick-up and delivery.
